◎ Is the character a hacker and/or do they have a sixth-sense?
She doesn't have a six sense. However, she has a good idea of techology and could be a hacker if she tried.
◎ Personality:
◎ Powers/Abilities:
As a nation, Belgium is connected to her country. Whatever they feel, she can feel it right back. She is also immortal as well. While she can heal at a much faster rate compared to humans, she can be injured badly. She just can't die. Since she's also a nation, she knows how to delegate too. As a founding memeber of the United Nations, she definitely knows how to negotiate between two conflicting sides.
On top of that, she is well versed in weaponry. She knows how to use a gun, tank, and whatever means necessary to protect herself should war ever come. Outside of that, she is an excellent cook. She can make the best waffles and probably can outdrink most people too.

Nothing but the clothes on her back.
